The owner, having worked for a large franchise group prior, realised that buyers and sellers habits had changed and so had the market place.

Clients were looking for more efficiency when it came to property, the need to make their lives easier.

OUT THE BOX represents out the box thinking and dealing with property in a new way – hassle free and painless.  Sellers want more contact and information on their properties, whilst buyers want to be heard. 

The Company’s role is to facilitate a painless mediation between both parties and empower knowledge to the clients in order to make lives easier.  Ensuring that both parties understand the process from signing to transfer.  This process requires an understanding of what is expected by all parties, including legal requirements – what one can and cannot do.

OUT THE BOX has successfully concluded over 100 property sales since inception to June 2011 from residential, business premises to guest houses.  The key to success is to really listen to the needs of clients and ensure that they are kept up to date with trends – keep it simple!
